HOW TO CARVE A THANKSGIVING TURKEY
1. Pull the leg away from the body, slice through the meat directly to the joint and chop straight down to separate.
2. Use your knife to find where the wing is connected to the body, chop and separate from the body.
3. Follow the breastbone and make one continuous cut. Remove the breast in one solid piece.
4. Slice across the breast as shown to desired thickness.
